1. Introduction & Onboarding

Your journey begins when you schedule a consultation and complete our initial questionnaire on our website. I’ll personally review your responses and reach out within a few business days to arrange a discovery call. On the call we’ll dive deep into your lifestyle, preferences, timeline and budget. For remodels or existing homes, a site visit helps me understand the space, and for new construction we review architectural plans if you have them. Once we agree on the scope of services, I prepare a Design Proposal (Letter of Agreement) and, upon your approval, the real work begins.

2. Conceptual / Preliminary Design

With the retainer secured, we move into concept mode. Together we explore the aesthetic preferences you love. Whether it’s timeless, tailored, refined or adventurous. Myself and my design team develop preliminary material palettes, furniture plans, lighting concepts and more. At the end of this phase, you will see a formal presentation along with samples as we lock in direction to give you a personalized interior design experience.

3. Design Development & Specifications

Once the project vision is affirmed, the details become our focus. For full-service clients we create CAD floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, detailed material specification binders and source‐lists. For furniture-only clients we deliver formal room-by-room proposals with every item listed and budgeted. This stage ensures everything is defined, professional and ready for build or procurement. We coordinate as needed with your chosen contractors to develop estimates and hard bids so construction costs are known up front.

4. Procurement & Execution

With documentation approved, we shift into execution mode. I personally oversee all communications with builders, vendors and logistics teams. For full-service projects, I am available via phone, text or in-person throughout construction. For furniture packages, my team and I generate purchase orders, track lead times, coordinate freight and warehousing and ensure everything is prepped for delivery. You will know exactly where your project stands at every stage.

5. Install & Completion

The moment you’ve been waiting for: the install and final reveal! White-glove delivery, meticulous inspection of each item and final styling (accessorizing) culminate in the big reveal. I will be on-site to guide everything to perfection so you walk into your beautifully finished home with confidence and delight.
